I just wanted to drop you all a quick line to say a massive personal thank you for all you and your team’s efforts for a great delivery of UK Health Show yesterday. The show was a huge success and we had a really successful show and this is down to you delivering all our crazy requirements in such a crazy timeframe. For the first time Ops got the biggest thank you from Jo Walsh and the wider team and I would like to pass this on and thank you all… We had no complaints about anything.

I have used Aztec Event services for many years on a variety of projects. They operate in a competitive market where service levels vary greatly. As I launched my new company in 2016, I entered a new market place and like many small businesses took a leap of faith. Aztec supported me in this new venture with good rates. Their team were excellent at the event when I had a skeleton staff of my own.  Their management took the time to visit and wish us well. As a business I feel that they know what is important. Their strength is that they treat customers well and take a long term view on establishing a genuine working relationship with customers.

We wanted to take this opportunity to thank you… the service we receive from the Aztec team continues to be excellent. You… make the planning a lot smoother and that carries through to the rest of the show. The Aztec team onsite are all really pro-active and professional … without all of you we wouldn’t have delivered the best Infosecurity yet!

We had big ideas for the BETT main arena this year and Aztec really helped us achieve our vision. It gave us the impact we wanted and we’re looking forward to developing this further next year

Visitor experience is key to DSEI’s success – our international audience is very demanding and extremely busy. We realised that EventIgnite’s digital signage offered a fully integrated, turnkey solution that we could implement even with our short deadline and which would help our vendors to better connect with their target audience.

I’d like to thank you both, and your team, for all your hard work at Business Travel & Travel Tech a couple of weeks ago. These shows are never easy for anyone involved and this year was no exception, but thanks to your hard work the shows moved over to their new venue without a hitch and the conferences ran smoother than ever. AND we had double bonus in seeing you both onsite! Thank you!

You were very patient in your response to all of our questions and requests, and in the face of dithering presenters and presenters’ P.A.s! Just checking in to let you know that the screens worked a treat over the show and the Aztec team had us all set up in good time on the Wednesday as well as each morning of the show. Everything worked splendid and we did not need to trouble them for technical support once!
